  • Represented Pacific Golf Management and Lone Star Fund in acquiring approximately 20 golf courses nationwide in Japan;
  • Represented Mitsui Real Estate in acquiring Senon Limited;
  • Represented Shinsei Bank in acquiring Apolo Finance;
  • Represented Shinsei Bank in acquiring and selling Sato Wireless Electric;
  • Represented General Electric in acquiring Japan Lease and Japan Auto Lease;
  • Provided support to Lone Star Fund in acquiring Tokyo Star Bank;
  • Represented Shinsei Bank in a number of projects related to sub-performing loans;
  • Represented Shinsei Bank in a number of projects related to real estate;
  • Advising, negotiating and drafting cross border transactions and domestic transactions such as joint venture agreements, business alliance agreements, license agreements and distribution agreements ;and
  • Handled legal issues related to corporate law, securities regulation, real estate rerated laws, bankruptcy law, intellectual property law and international trade law; and other laws
